Governor interacts with troops at 46 Infantry Brigade headquarters

West Kameng, April 8: The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Lt Gen KT Parnaik, visited the Headquarters of the 46 Infantry Brigade at Baishaki in West Kameng district on Wednesday and interacted with officers and troops.

Drawing from his extensive military experience, the Governor shared insights from his service career and reviewed the wellbeing, morale, and operational preparedness of the personnel.

Addressing the officers and troops of the 46 Infantry Brigade, also known as the Sela Warriors, he urged them to remain physically fit, mentally resilient, and prepared to meet emerging challenges. He emphasised the importance of carrying out duties with dedication and integrity while upholding the traditions and ethos of the Indian Army.

During the visit, the Governor also interacted with personnel of the Rajputana Rifles, a regiment he once served in, recalling his association with the unit.

Appreciating the efforts of the brigade under the aegis of the IV Corps, the Governor commended their professionalism, discipline, and unwavering commitment to safeguarding the nation’s borders.
