Khonsa, April 8: The Khonsa Battalion of the Assam Rifles, under HQ 25 Sector Assam Rifles, successfully rescued a vehicle that had rolled down a hillside near Kheti village in Tirap district on April 7.
Acting swiftly, troops rushed to the spot and safely recovered the vehicle despite difficult terrain, preventing further damage.
The prompt response once again highlighted the Assam Rifles’ commitment to public safety and its continued assistance to local communities in remote and challenging areas.
